Messages

If a presenter has uploaded a file for their presentation, you may see a "Messages" button under their presentation details. This indicates that the system has either optimized the file or flagged it for one or more reasons during processing. Clicking "Messages" will provide additional details about the alert. Presenters receive an email with the same messages.

There is no required action for moderators. However, if a message highlights a critical issue that could impact the presentation, you may want to reach out to the presenter to see if they have an updated version to upload.
